TECH PACK DEVELOPMENT : A tech pack is an informative document containing all the technical information about your product and its helps clearly communicate every detail to manufacturer.
YARN/FABRIC DEVELOPMENT : Work with experienced yarn / fabric supplier to source the required materials with physical swatches and correct price.
SAMPLING : Sampling is the heart of any order. it is the process of making a product prototype prior to starting production
PLANNING & ORDER EXECUTION : We do capacity planning and TNA once order is confirmed and follow it up to make sure shipment on time
QUALITY CONTROL : We follow buyer AQL and maintain in time of bulk production to ensure product selling to end users
FINAL INSPECTION: We do final inspection on behalf of buyer and issue IC to manufacturer. when necessary third party conduct final inspection.
